Case summary

The player from the United States has been accused of opening multiple accounts. The casino provided evidence showing multiple accounts linked to that of the player. The player stated that the only other account would be that of their wife, which is now inactive. The player then stated that they had assisted multiple members of friends and family to log in to their casino accounts, and that would be the reason for the other accounts being linked. The casino provided further evidence suggesting the player had wagered their balance to zero themselves, never requested a withdrawal and that the username provided was not correct. Based on the evidence provided, it was decided that we could not help with this case and the complaint was rejected.

I'm not sure why my account has been locked. BC Game stated that I have multiple accounts but I don't, so really not sure why my account was locked.

Dear Banee,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. We will contact the casino and ask for supporting evidence, but, before we do so, could you please advise if, to the best of your knowledge, there’s a possibility that someone else from your family members or neighbors has opened an account from the same IP address or device as yours or using your email address? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you passed the KYC account verification successfully in the past?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

Dear Banee,

Thank you for your reply.

Could you please advise if:

  • you have ever played from your own phone or from your wife's old phone only?
  • which account was created first? Yours, or your wife's one?
  • is the account of your wife still active?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Petronela,

I'm not sure when my account was created but I'm sure it was after her account was created. I used my own phone when I created the account and it might have been on my Samsung S8. Her account is no longer active.

Thank you

Hi Adam,

Sure that'll be great, because they won't respond to any of my emails. Like I said, at least give me what I won fair in square. With all those players they have on BC Game, 2k is pocket change to them. Thank you again and I hope to hear from you soon.

Hello Banee,

The casino has provided evidence that shows that your account and your wife's account are linked by the same device and IP address, as expected from the information you have provided.

However, both of these accounts seem to be also linked to multiple other accounts by IP address. Is it possible that anyone else could have made an account using the same IP address as you and/or your wife?

Kind regards,

Adam

Hi Adam ,

Like I said, my original device was broken so I started using my wife's old phone which was just laying around. My mother in law uses the phone to play games when ever she comes to visit but it was her phone to begin with. She got a new phone and gave it to my wife, so now I have the phone. That's probably the reason for the same IP. Why is it a big deal about the IP, they have safisticated security which should have blocked US users. We were able to make deposits but when we win, they make payouts a big deal. If my IP was a big deal, why would they let my IP go back in their casino and make deposits. My Point is a phone is a phone, it's going to get passed around.

Thank you for understanding,

Hello Banee,

The reason that the IP address is being questioned is that it has been logged as used by at least 8 other accounts in the casino's system. This suggests your use of many other accounts, which would be against the casino's terms and conditions.

The casino has also stated that they have checked all of these accounts and none of them have any remaining balance. Is it possible that this could be the case?

Hello Adam,

Honest truth, I'm not sure why there would be 8 accounts under the same IP. I have many friends, family and neighbors that I've helped logged into their account for them but after hearing about my wife's account they all just stopped playing.

Hi Adam,

Now I remember, my sister in law who has an account on BC, introduced my disabled father in law to BC. He's disable because he had a stroke, everytime he goes to login he can't remember how to login and would create or login using Google or telegram or whatever he does to be able to login. Joe, that's the main guy there at BC.GAME, he's the one that gives it a go or not, he should remember my sister in law, "Pa- The chosen one". Joe is aware of my father in law's condition. Now that I recalled that's the cause for the multiple accounts. And about the balance on those accounts, yes all the balance on those accounts are at zero dollars. Honest truth and a man of my words, I only have one account, only one. I'm not sure what BC.GAME is scaming here but I'm positive I'm not the first and won't be the last. I know that I haven't done nothing wrong to put my account at risk except for making deposits. I would admit that I was wrong in not reading the terms and conditions but I hope BC.GAME know that scaming US players by restricting their account after winnings just cause they're from US but allowing them to create accounts and make thousands of dollars worth of deposits then not wanting to pay them out for their winnings are alot worst then my disable father in law trying to play on BC. If this issue is not resolve in our next conversation, I'm going to have to seek further actions. There's players on BC.GAME that would vouch for me, for themselves and for others they know shit like this has happened to before. Jeo, the shot caller, his own buddies and workers will vouch as well, 2k pocket change for them.

Again Thank you Adam for understanding me and the frustrations BC has caused,

Hello Banee,

I thank you for your explanation. I will pass your comments on to the casino and see how they respond. They have already stated that you can choose to keep one account with them and the others will be closed, but what appears to be in question is whether or not your balance has been confiscated. I will let you know how they reply shortly.

Kind regards,

Adam

Hello Banee,

Further to my previous response, the casino has asked for you to provide the UID of your account with them, is this something you have access to?

Hello Banee,

The casino has provided evidence suggesting that on the account registered with the email you have provided you have deposited a total of $83.04, your balance was wagered to zero and you have never made a withdrawal.

They have further stated that your account was blocked due to the detection of multiple accounts, as detailed previously.

The username for the account using your provided e-mail address is also different from the one you have stated.

The casino has also provided evidence showing many accounts linked to yours, which although may now be inactive and belong to friends and family, are still a breach of the casino's terms and conditions.

In light of all of this information, we will be unable to assist any further with this case and the complaint will now be rejected.

I am sorry I could not be of more help.

Kind regards,

Adam
