I regained access to trust wallet and have more information to provide to BC Game. I have already contacted BC Game support to dispute any and all transactions made with their website and they have not responded. Every transaction made was not authorized by me and BC Game has refused to investigate this concern. I am hoping for an investigation on BC Games behalf to solve this matter.

Yes, I did not create an account or authorize any of these transactions associated with B.C. Game. I would like to dispute every transaction made with this online casino. I‘m able to process a police report of this fraudulent activity if that will help the recovery process.

We can look into the account details with B.C. Game. They should have a team to investigate the account and determine if there were any red flags. I will also be conducting my own investigation and can submit a police report for theft/fraud.

I would definitely recommend to turn to authorities as based on the current information, there isn't much we are able to do as there is no actual proof that those deposit were not made by you. Also if the casino account in BC.Game was created under your name, it must have been someone you know and the verification of the wallet would not be possible without your details.

Yes, I believe the authorities would handle this situation much better. However, B.C. Game is unresponsive in communicating with me. I would like for you to add B.C. Game to this chat so we can have clear communication of this matter moving forward.

Hello xProRaider21x,

I'm sorry but as I mentioned above, without a proof we can't invite the casino as it would lead absolutely nowhere. If you can't prove that the account was not created by you or that you did not deposit there, the casino could claim anything they want and we have nothing to argue with.

Please contact the licensing authorities and specially your payment provider regarding the unauthorized payments.

We will be now closing the complaints as per lack of proof received.
