I am literally tired and frustrated from the service of batery bet


On October 8th

Normally i am playing games and taking withdrawl 30000inr in a day because my limit they set from there side

Still i have no issues i am ok with that


On october 9 they restricted me from playing games

And stop my deposit and as well as withdraw service


I try to reach out them in there request sections

Also in their provided mail


They ask me about my doucments i provided them


They ask multiple times different different documents whatever they ask i provide them without any objection


Now their behavior changes


They stop replying me once they accepted documents and said return to the chat within 48 hours


Its been a full one month they are not even responding not even enable my withdrawl option


And my money is just stuck totally


Why baterybet you people are harrassing me

1. I withdrawl few amounts of my winning

But as i tell you i lost so much that the winning amount i withdrawl is not half of my deposit


And when i earn a certain amount not in a single bet i played whole day and earn by my luck 5lakhs

They stop my withdrawl service and even restricted me from playing games


2. My whole winnings is of my money there is no any wager of bonus or not any free money they give me the whole money i play with is my self money


3. Mostly i play plinko avaitor mines

They have lot of games but i play these games more because i like these games

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. The Gaming Authority has more options and tools to help players.
