I diposit 15000 INR today on batery casino with 150% first diposit welcone bonus.Amount didcted from my saving account but didn't credited in batery casino account after waiting for more than 7 hours.And customer support is very poor.Nobody replying about this matter.please help.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

But it was not failed transaction.The transaction was successfull.Even no transaction history is showing in casino account.
