Was told i had to wager 10x my deposit as per terms and conditions. Read terms and conditions and wasnt stated anywhere emailed support and never heard back. Absolute scam that will take your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your issue. Although I admit that this rule isn’t very common, we don’t think it is unfair. Rules like this works as a protection against money laundering.

If you played games other than slots (roulette, blackjack, live dealer games), or didn’t play at all it can be higher. I would recommend you finishing those wagering requirements, because you won’t be able to withdraw.
