I paid for one of the promotion they had. Long story short I made it through the playthrough and could withdraw 200.00 I did. I been waiting 16 days and still counting. Then a couple days later I got another 200.00 withdraw I been waiting since. All they say is it's processing. The worst. The longest I had to wait was 3 days in Bitcoin. This is ridiculous. Not like it's 40,000. This is sad.

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings? Could you please clarify how much did you request for and how much did you already receive as it is not 100% clear for us.

Also please send forward any relevant proof or communication between you and the casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Hope everything is going well and fine with you. I have all the emails that went back and forth between us and the fact that Bitcoin was supposed to be faster. Now they are just not responding back to me just telling me it's processing and I will get it when I get it. There are quite of bit emails and I will see if I can get a better picture for you showing the withdrawal and the date. Here is a screenshot of the withdrawalsfile and i moved all of the correspondence to a folder if i can get that attached to you or get that to you. I am not good at this type of things. I really can not figure out how to send the emails between us to you. If you could tell me how to send the folder over to you I will but I do have the screenshot showing the dates and the amounts

In your e-mail box just open a new e-mail and put there my e-mail address: nikolas.b@casino.guru

Once you do this you should find an icon of "paper clip" or instert attachment - there you should be able to add the files which you want to send. Let me know if there will be any update.

I sent several emails over to you. I tried to send the file but made a mess of things. I hope you get what you need to see that they are in the wrong. If you need more I will keep looking til I find what you need. I was basically told I was getting on there nerves about the whole situation. All over 400.00 I need for my family.

Thank you for providing additional information from e-mails. I've noticed that the payment was approved on 6th of October and the casino wrote that you should receive it within 5-18 business days. Based on that, I would recommend you still to wait a few more days - end of next week probably - for the money to arrive. They are still within the given limit so there shouldn't be any issue with that. Please let us know if the money would arrive.

So they are not counting from the date of withdrawal. They are counting Mon-Fri and that makes next week based on that time frame. So about a month in total. Is that common practice? Thank you for trying to help me with your time and patience.

It is very common when you are processing your first ever withdrawal from the casino and specialy if the amount is higher. The casino usualy checks every aspect of your verification and your game play in the casino to be assured that everything went fine and according to their terms. Be sure to let me know if the money wouldn't arrive within the time frame given by the casino, we will interfere.

I gave it the time you said, plus a few days... at least a week after you said, and I still have not received my withdrawal. I sent an email and she said that it was with the finance department and she was going to talk to them and get back to me and this was Wednesday and I have been waiting ever since.

I just got an email saying that after going back looking my withdrawal is invalid, but I can reverse my withdrawal and win more money to withdrawal. I don't believe this. I followed everything correctly and this comes out of nowhere. I just can't believe it.
