My first deposit was a NO WAGER BONUS and I won about 100.00. I then requested a withdrawal for that amount and while I was waiting I made a second deposit with another NO WAGER BONUS and won another 100.00. So I requested a withdraw for 205.00. A few days later I received an email saying that I haven’t wagered enough to be able to make a withdraw… I was immediately upset because both bonuses were no wager, my so called VIP manager tells me I’m welcome to keep playing and may be able to make a withdraw if I met wager requirements. But after that email, I tried contacting support and also tried contacting the vip manager and have been ignored for about a week. The online chat support stopped answering any of my questions or even respond at all also for about a week. Now I noticed that the placed some kind of restriction on all the games.. They won’t let me play any games but I can login. I was also treated pretty poorly by a chat support person named Peter who was pretty mean and really upset me. I’ve never been treated like this by any other company, casino or not. It’s so disappointing and hurtful to be treated this way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank YOU!

Do you have any evidence showing that the bonus had no wagering when you accepted them? How much do you need to wage through to be able to withdraw it?

filefileHey, what’s up nick? Thanks for your reply. I can definitely take screenshots of when the bonus was activated and such. They did finally respond to me but I’m still 100% confused about the two bonuses. The screenshot will say 500% no wager bonus and another one will say 100% no wager bonus. I mean doesn’t that mean I can basically deposit and immediately withdraw? Otherwise why would it say no wager? I’m gonna send the two screenshots with this message. If I’m wrong on this man I’ll definitely admit it or I’ll apologize to the casino. I guess I just don’t understand the terms or whatever.
