Avantgarde Casino - Player struggles to withdraw free bonus winnings.

They would not honor my withdrawal request stating that they do not payout unless there has been a deposit within 30 days. My deposit was made July 10th my request to withdraw August 15th. I had also made deposits in June and May. Apparently not good enough. Now my emails are ignored and they wont answer when i kindly ask for them to make an exception.

Have you withdrawn winnings from this casino in the past and was your account fully verified already?

I have checked the general terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):

"4.9. A player who has never made a deposit and wishes to withdraw a free chip win, is required to first make one successful minimum deposit of 25.00 ($,€,£,AUD, or 250 ZAR). This first deposit amount is not allowed to be withdrawn or added to an existing pending withdrawal. If added to an existing withdrawal, the amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. A players who has previously made a successful deposit and is now wishing to withdraw a free chip win, is required to have deposited within the last 30 days in order for the withdrawal to be approved and the deposit cannot be added to an existing pending withdrawal. If added to an existing withdrawal, the amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. Free Bonuses (Free Chips) have a wagering requirement of 20X to 60X unless otherwise specified."

If your winnings were accumulated from a free bonus and you didn't place a real money deposit within the last 30 days, as described in the terms and conditions, my advice would be to place a minimum deposit required to redeem your winnings. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
