I used bit coin to make a deposit I rejected all bonuses. I was told my account needed to be verified I submitted everything they wanted I forgot I already verified the first time I played I have the emails proving so. They say it takes 5-18 days to to recieve money that’s after verification but I’m already verified. They said the time starts from when the verification was approved. The first time I asked for my money some one there cancelled my withdrawl on Friday the 15th and I I requested another withdrawl Monday it made the timer start over again that isn’t right they are stalling for what ever reason I told customer service and he basically called me a lier because no one there did that he then stated even if they did it doesn’t matter I think it does greatly I have proof I was verified in January I have proof they where the ones that cancelled it and screen shots of customer service not caring I asked for my winnings because I have a family emergency my dad is dying I need a plane ticket I begged like any one would in that situation desperately seeking help and they basically said go f**k your self. Please some one help me my pops is on his death bed I need to be with my family please please some one help me asap each day is numbered. Worst casino experience ever DONT play here they will rob you and laugh about it read the reviews people

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please confirm that your account has been successfully verified already? Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I was verified feb 3rd according to Jennifer I guess the vip mgr whatever the email states please follow instructions for verification. I just opened an account and I was told I won 300 cash bonus and needed to verify to obtain it. I submitted what was asked of me and the 300 was placed in to my balance. If needed all emails are with me. This is technically my first withdrawal using bit coin before hand I made sure I did not accept any bonuses and played with the amount of bit coin I placed in the casinos wallet my attempt at avoiding any surprises in regards to my withdrawal if that chance should arrive. I’m assuming for a first withdrawal they would encourage me to verify right? No they treated it like a regular withdrawal I originally complained about the bit coin withdrawal I read online most if not all casinos pay same day not 5-18 days because they have to verify something that technically isn’t verifiable bit coin. Jennifer the vip mgr was the one handling my complaint the same person that verified me on feb 3rd the same person that released 300 in to my account for doing so now tells me I need to be verified but she will help me speed up the process. So first thing she did was cancel my withdrawal I requested on April 15th. When she told me it was already done I gave no permission she then states she will do everything she can to hurry this up then reads me the terms in conditions and highlighted the part of the amount of time and only after you are verified does the 5-18 days clock start on your withdrawal all she did was pro long it pretending she was everything I say is backed by emails between us I was already verified the clock should have started on April 15th.

they can’t cover there bets very obvious. Emails will be provided when requested.

I wish I myself read the reviews and found this site before I spent a penny with them
