The player from the Netherlands couldn't withdraw and the casino closed their account upon discovering the player's location. The complaint was rejected as the player had no real money balance left on his account therefor the casino had right to close his account without any reason given.

Hello C078,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Avalon78 Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do you have any real money balance left on your casino account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hello C078,

As the casino does not have a Dutch license, your exclusion has no effect there. Can you please advise if you did request self-exclusion directly in Avalon78 Casino? If not, unfortunately the casino is not responsible for any loss.

In order to exclude yourself, be sure to contact the casino directly by e-mail and request a self-exclusion due gambling addiction.

Is there anything else we could assist you with?

Hello C078,

Unless the casino restricts a country within their terms, every player is free to register there. If a player has specific laws within their country, they are responsible to follow them. You were free to register into this specific casino and if you wanted to self-exclude your account, you had to contact the casino directly with that request.

If you had no real money balance left your your account, the casino is eligible to close it without any reason given. Unfortunately, you can't request for a refund if you did lose the money.

The complaint will be now closed based on the explanation given.

Wish you best luck in the future and do not hesitate to contact us if you will come across any other trouble in the future, we will gladly try to help you.

Regards,

Nick
