Greetings casino guru team,

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from atlantis slots casino for almost two months!


First i had a 352 withdrawal request.They told me it was been worked on,then that they had some problems with accounting or something similar.


I cancelled after a month and tried withdrawing 500 euros again in 10/6/2024.Nothing...They claim that they compelte withdrawals at about 3 days.I contacted and they told me it is actually 7 working days.Now i spoke with an agent and he says the casino has been undergoing changes....I would really like your help.

Hello Tomas,

yes,i have completed the KYC process and was told everything was fine.

If i remeber correctly,i've never made a withdrawal before and my winnings were with my deposit money.

Plus, the casino never told me anything was off.Just the excuses mentioned above.
