I have been playing on this site for a month or so now and haven't had any wins so haven't had the chance to withdraw so far. Until the 17/11/21 where I have hit it big and won £13,500. When trying to withdraw there's a maximum of £500 which I was unaware of. 5 days have passed now and the withdrawal is still pending and I have sent them many messages and the responses all seem to be the same saying, "we are aware of this and are in process of sorting this out". After reading the reviews online from yourself it doesn't look good. I really don't know what to do as I've never seen money like £13,500 before. Do you think I will ever see it? I've lost thousands on this site so far to make matters worse. When I email them directly about when I will get the money I don’t get a response!

Could you please confirm that your account has been successfully verified already? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
