The player from Tunisia accumulated winnings with a free spin bonus. The casino later informed him, that these winnings cannot be withdrawn. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have signup, verified my email then request 50fs no deposit bonus, live support have activated it for me then told me rules ( 35X wager and max winning 100 Euros). I have finished the wager and want request my winning so they told me i can't withdraw the winning and its non cashable just for fun !! there's clearly no Fairplay and they are a band of Scammers with no License and no Sham.

Hi again, what's this reply of "Player''s not able to withdraw his winning"!! i have finished the wager and respect that i need place max bet 10 euros and you have sent me the 50fs by email telling me wish you big win...then after finished the wager you told me i can't request my winning! this is a joke , the 100 euros are in real balance as money for payout but they want scam me and they don't have Fairplay !
