The player from Australia had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout had not been received yet. Despite the casino stating the payment had been processed, the player claimed not to have received it. The Complaints Team had extended the response time by seven days, but the player did not respond. As a result, we could not further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

No but they have pay ID as a payment , they even say on the payments area that BSB and account payment are 1-3 days it's been longer then that and they keep saying it's at its final stage and it's been that way since Friday night

Wow so now it has CLEARED ON THEIR SIDE I RECIEVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY PAYMENT HAS PROCESSED AND I deposit ALOT and have withdrawn from casinos and once it clears on their side it goes straight in to my account but I STRANGELY GOT THE COMPLETED EMAIL BUT NO PAYMENT GUYS DO NOT DEPOSIT IN AMUNRA casino because you will NEVER EVER RECIEVE YOUR WITHDRAWALS OK TRUST ME ITS A JOKE
