I made a withdrawal request of 820$ on 03/10/2022 07:16 hrs. Previously withdrawal request of 920$ raised on 16/09/2022 05:40 hrs.

Again withdrawal request raised of 450$ 15/09/2022 07:16 hrs.

But every time they excused that it is not possible now, You can use another method. Why i use another method.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

All the required document for account verification already sent to them. I made four withdrawal request till date but none of them received successful, Every time they they said that your withdrawal not possible now try another method. I do not have another method because verification of other method is difficult. As you know that i am indian.
