Hi I am aware of amigo bingo withdrawal and how tricky there process is however on 1st April I completed a bank wire for 825 dollars recieved an email to say it was successful it is now 26th April I haven’t recieved my funds I made them aware of this and have submitted a complaint the response is poor and doesn’t answer my questions, they then took a second withdrawal request on the 13th April via bankwire and I recieved an email to say it was successful (this left a sum of $1100 approx in my account) I haven’t recieved the funds for this either.

Today I had contact with support eventually to say the 1st April bankwire has been refunded to my balance until they can confirm how they will pay me They have previously sent me a cheque which I am unable to cash as in the uk most banks don’t accept international cheques.

it has been over a month since I won was delighted with my win never been so lucky or so I thought as I can’t actually recieve the winnings no one has kept in regular contact, and I have been trying every day to speak to someone on live chat for further clarification. Surely this is wrong they have been happy to take quick bank card deposit as a method to take my money however they can’t pay out I don’t understand and I would like to recieve my winnings hope you can help I have emails logged and some transcripts of chat!!

Hi so they have approved my kyc document I won around 3000 dollars and there withdrawal process is very strict my first withdrawal I asked for a bankwire of $500 as I had read you can do this in there terms and conditions however I am unsure if I misread it as they sent me a cheque of $325 roughly id need to check exact figure I explained to them my 2 bank accounts do not accept international cheques most places don’t and for me to send the cheque back they told me it would cost $250 to void it , they then sent me a money gram payment as they advised this method at first I agreed however I then asked not to recieve payment this way however they sent it anyway and due to covid -19 I cannot collect it as the journey is an hour away to collect and I do not drive therefore if need to make an un necessary journey, they then agreed to fortnightly bank wire of $750 which I thought would be fine as it was processed and approved however I didn’t recieve the money so I submitted a query to ask for a tracking. Number incase my bank had made an error - no response, I asked how to complain to higher management - no response, I asked who I can complain to as in there license holder - no response. They then returned the 1st withdrawal back to bingo account and I haven’t recieved the 2nd into my bank, but they just keep advising me to withdraw again but I do not see the purpose in applying for it not to arrive they have gave no reason to what has went wrong. Today is withdrawal day and I have another bank account I use so I have emailed to ask if they want to try send it to that account this time I am awaiting a reply.

i have made many queries to the site about this and I have all the emails going back and forth if you read mine I ask questions, they do not get answered directly for some reason. Starting to worry I have been scammed!! Hope you can help me recover something back don’t know what else to do !

Just to clarify I haven’t actually recieved any money in an account as it seems impossible.

Hello Michelle.

I can imagine how unpleasant your situation is. This casino also has bitcoin payment which is almost instant and could be a solution for your situation. Did you consider this option as an alternative on how to get your money?

I am unsure how to use it I did look into it however I didn’t understand the process, can I lose my money through bit coin and if I withdrew that way will it go into my bank account? I am unsure how it works

You need to create the bitcoin wallet first. Then casino transfer winnings into your wallet and then you can sell the bitcoin to get money into your account (or you can keep the bitcoins and wait until their value increase and sell it later)

Ok I will contact them this will be the fourth alternative however to recieve winnings thanks for your help this is so frustrating I have never had any difficulty like this before, will you still communicate with them although you have offered me this advice?

No, we didn't contact them yet because they don't have an account on our website, however. But I checked the casino website and because they are operating on US market (many US casinos have problematic payments and most problematic are wire transfers) Bitcoin transfer is fast and modern and more popular these days. My best recommendation: You should check a few websites/videos about how it is working, and if the casino agrees with this option, try it. Maybe you start to like it, and it will be your favourite payment method, after all.

Ok ty not the response I was hoping for but thanks anyway! Was worth a shot , the problem is they don’t respond much to emails or answer a direct question I might need to seek advice elsewhere as bitcoin I see wants all your details such as income how you are investing what you earn annually quite a lot of personal info I would rather not share.

Thanks, I have Been studying the bitcoin since your advise however I have had no update on the withdrawal I am meant to have recieved and I still do not have enough understanding with bit coin I will keep looking into it.

I find response very slow however I am awaiting to try new bank wire details but I cannot make a withdrawal so waitin for that to be changed now, such a strange site.

hopefiully it is lifted soon I can at temp withdrawal again to my other bank I have still not been informed by the site what happened to my bank wire tho

Hi they contacted me and asked me to do a new withdrawal with my other bank done this and apparently I haven’t gave them the correct swift code called my bank they confirmed what I gave was correct I have sent them a photograph to confirm these details of iban and bic code. Will be lucky to ever recieve anything but I will keep you updated, this has now been three months. I don’t know legally if I can do anything or who to report there site at least to as this is not a normal way to operate. Wish I had never joined I have never had any problem before I think I thought they were linked to amigo casino and that was why I played but I know they are not now.

No not really I gave new bank details as requested to be told they are incorrect they weren’t I checked with the bank they then put through a withdrawal marked it as paid 24 hours later funds were back in bingo account and I’ve had no response as to why!! I’d rather just have a refund of what I spent which was only around 100 dollars doubt I will see my winnings!

I am very sorry, Michelle, but they are unresponsive to us. All that we can is wait for what happen and close the complaint accordingly.

I was hoping from the beginning that we will be able to open a dialogue with them.
