Unfortunately, we cannot help you in this case, because withdrawal limits are managed by the casino exclusively, and we don’t have the competency to change them, and €500 per day is an acceptable withdrawal limit. If the dispute value is all the money you wish to withdraw, you will receive it all in few requests.
Have you already requested/received at least one withdrawal? If not, please request the first withdrawal and keep us informed about the outcome.
