The player from United Kingdom had his winnings capped as if they’ve been generated from a bonus play. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hi I put some deposits on agent spins of in access of £1000 and I won €49000 I tried to withdraw €4000 and they sent me an email saying that their terms and conditions say that because I received a bonus they can only pay me €1000 and the rest of my withdrawal and remaining account balance has been voided, I checked my account and it’s on €0, as far as I know I didn’t receive any bonus recently and the winnings were from my own deposits, surely this cannot be allowed I’m absolutely devastated there must be something I can do about this?
