The player from Israel has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
Paid with Ethereum to top-up my in-game balance in ACR however I didn't get the Funds,I've provided 2 screenshots.
Screenshot 1-Both Sender Ethereum address and the Receiver Address.
Screenshot 2-Shows the Hash transcation and how much money was sent.
I want to add that I also marked in the Transaction information the time and date that the money was delivered to ACR wallet and which is identical to the time I've made the deposit request through ACR software.
also I was able to see that the funds are sitting in that address that was generated by ACR software,want to mention that I've never had this issues with BTC deposit/withdraw through ACR,always went smooth and fast.
as the Support asked me I've provided both screenshots that prove my payment and transfer of the money to the address of ACR.
not sure where the Team and if they really handling and taking care of it,hope they sort it out and making sure that the Ethereum payment option is really safe and secure.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied.

Hello and Thank you very much for the support with the complaint,however I think the issue was on my end.
when I used the Ethereum deposit option I've used the protocol "BEP20" To transfer to ACR wallet,which is an internal Option for Smart Chain Wallets in Binance.com to transfer funds,Currently I believe the funds sitting in non-exist Wallet which is the same address as ACR Ethereum address.
not sure if ACR support can get access through Binance.com to it or through Binance smart chain.
Hope I can recover the lost funds,thanks for taking your time to help with my complaint much appreciated
The reason I believe the Transaction showed only in bscscan.com it's cause it is compatible with Binance.com and shows the internal transactions in the site and not the worldwide Ethereum transactions.

ok,so I've got an update regarding the funds.
Binance.com stepping up and recovering a lot of funds due to those recent incidents regarding the BEP20 Withdraw option,ACR is not the one to be blamed.
