The player from New York had deposited $30, expecting a 100% match on the deposit, but received less. He had managed to win up to $1500, but then faced issues withdrawing his winnings. We had reached out to him, asking key questions to investigate his complaint against Ace of Casino, a platform we suspected to be fraudulent. Unfortunately, the player did not respond to our inquiries. As a result, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

i received $38 by signing up and deposited $30 dollars. It was suppose to be $100% match on deposit. Somehow only ended up with $90.10 but I overlooked that part..🤦🏻… yes I know. Don’t say it. 🤷🏻… I than picked a slot machine and I won and lost but I was winning substantial amounts so I kept betting more and I got up to $10 a spin and when I hit over $1500 I was like, "time to cash out and go to the real casino!" Little did I know. Hahahaha. It dawned on me that not only am I a fool but that I’m a fool! Please help!!

I want to bring to your attention that asking other users to deposit money into a casino to reduce wagering requirements is not a common practice in regulated and fair casinos. Upon conducting a detailed examination of Ace of Casino, we have found that it shares many similarities with Gamblemax Casino, and is highly probable that it is a fraudulent platform.

Have you tried requesting a withdrawal? Are you not able to submit the withdrawal request?

Have you made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?

Could you please confirm that you passed the KYC verification?

When was the last time you communicated with customer support and what was it about?
