Case summary

The player from Australia, after initially succeeding with a $50 free chip and further betting, had been limited to a $100 withdrawal despite his larger winnings. The remaining $1,400 had been marked as 'manager withdrawal approved'. The player had felt cheated, as the total winnings should have been over $10,000. The player had also deposited $30 of his own money during the game, believing that this would secure full payment of his winnings. We had clarified that even if the player deposited real money during the wagering process, the winnings were still subject to the limitations set by the free bonus. The player had confirmed receiving the $100. We couldn't resolve the issue in favor of the player due to the casino's bonus rules, hence the complaint had been rejected.

I started off with a $50 free chip and won a considerable amount of money during this I deposited $30 I wagered thousands of dollars as requested until the amount showed as being a withdrawal balance..

i originally requested $1500 withdrawal and only $100 has been approved.

and the $1400 shows as a second transaction that states "manger withdrawal approved" im now being told that that's is a intentional reference for

money that is not being paid out..

my winnings were up over $10,000+ and I wagered it over and over.

there was a claws stating if a deposit was made and wagered winnings would be payable..

i did exactly that a wagered enough until it went into the withdrawal balance column..

I have attached photos (even found a screen shot of when my account was at $8000+ in the withdrawal balance) and that was after I made a deposit

Dear Dont31,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):

No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit Bonus is (1) time the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of ($) All free chips valued below ($)50 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, ($)100.

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

  • Could you please confirm that you accumulated your winnings from a Free Chip purely?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Petronela

Hi petronela

no I didn't and don't believe that all the winning were from a free bonus chip..

while i was playing I deposited $30 of my own money into the casino as I had read something that come up that if a deposit was made that if all wager limits were achieved totally winning would be payable.. when i actually noticed that what I was winning went from 8000 up to 10,000 + back down to a couple of thousands this happened a couple time the up and down in winning value that my withdrawal amount was in there and I was half down to around 2500 .. I decided to withdraw when I got it down too $1500 ..

I went through the 7-10 business days to have it checked and approved then another 7-10 business day for it to make it to the being paid out stage.. not once was I told that the 1400$ was not being paid and only 100 was actually going to be paid o had to contact them multiple time to get generic reply's and lead down a long path with no real answers..

I wouldn't have deposited my own money if i didn't read why's I read about all winnings being paid along with I wouldn't have deposit my own money knowing I would only be paid out 100..

that's just silly

fileHow dodgy this website/company is with the "including but not limited to additional policies and regulations stand for the binding and final agreement between a Player and A Big Candy Casino"

in simpler words, we can change and make up rules when ever we want. That screws the player/s (us) out of our true winnings..

no I sat there the whole time waiting on a response but clearly they can't or don't have a transaction number to give me.. (any transfer made from a bank account your given a transaction number by law) so the "Peter" who I have spoken to many many many times (different person I bet on the other end each time) closed the chat ..

Hi Dont31,

Thank you for your reply. If you activated a No Deposit Bonus, initiated the wagering process, and later, either during or after completing the wagering, deposited real cash, it does not alter the fact that your winnings originated from a free bonus. While a real money deposit may be necessary to verify your payment method, your winnings are still subject to the limitations set by the free bonus and its maximum cashout limit.

  • Could you please advise if you already received your legitimate winnings of $100?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

yes I received the $100

like I said there was a line stating if a real money deposit of $30 was made all winnings would be paid..

i would not have made the deposit of $30 to receive a $70 payment

Hi Dont31,

I apologize, but the rules for the bonus explicitly state that the maximum cashout from any free bonus is limited to $100, and no other rule is outlined that would indicate the potential for increasing this maximum cashout.

I wish I could be of more help. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. For the abovementioned reasons, I will now reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
