The player from India had his bonus winnings confiscated. It was confiscated according Casino's Terms and Conditions.

I deposit 30000 inr with Friday 200% bonus 24th of sep 2021, with this casino, i wagered totally 6,30,000 in referred game by casino for wager. After that i placed withdraw 75000, but didn't withdraw my amount and my tatal amount deducted by him,

Again casino get me 15000 vip level cashback on 11th oct, and inform me through text message in my registered mobile number. But in casino balance history showing "correction amount " 15000.

It means my 24th sep deposit amount was 30000 inr and casino get 200% bonus 60000, after complete wager my total rest balance 75000, so bonus amount 60000 deducted and 15000 rest my amount credit in my casino balance through reason correction up. But in text message inform me 15000 Monday vip level cashback . it is showing contradiction.

And showing monopoly of casino after that i again placed withdraw if 15000 but again 15000 not withdraw me and als deducted by casino with correction down reason. It is casino work style. And saying casino fair and blame me. Your activities is unfair.

Kindly justice in this matter and get me legal solutions.

My totally 90000 inr deducted and cheat by 9winz casino.

All of your bets have been voided according to clause 2.5.8 of our General Terms and Conditions. Also, the balance has been reduced by the amount of the last bonuses won. This is the final decision of the security department. Your withdrawal amount is more than your deposits.
