Dear Team,


This website is really a big scam and big fraud. I almost deposit more than 14 lakhs and i lost all the money. Today when I won 2,50,000 INR and try to withdraw, they reject my withdrawal and making excuse additional verification required. This is unbelievable. I did all the formalities long time ago in 2022. You can check all the screenshot and even i do have email communication that day i clear all verification.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Dear Sir,


I already done my KYC long time ago and i am not a new customer for 9winz online casino. I already lost 1.5 millions Indian rupees. Before one of the customer agent had a conversation with me and he verify and did my KYC.


They do this purposely so that I will pay and lose all

It is nothing unusual to be asked to undergo an additional KYC verification if the previous checks were completed some time ago. Have you been advised what specifically is needed to complete the additional verification this time? What the disputed amount represents, please?
