Hello I have been playing on this website from long time I have been cheated for my winning whenever I have won big amount there was not even a single withdrawal method because of that I have lost total 25 three times before an now in last 4 days my 580000 withdrawal has been rejected 13 withdrawal has been rejected an I lost the money . An now they are even rejected to give me my 10% losses which has been done by them. I have to take legal action against them because of them I have lost 90 lakh I have deposited total on the website everytime. An when I ask for the losses they say you only will be provided for the deposited amount an when I have lost the amount due to their who is going to pay for that . I have all the proof with me .

Answer for 1st question.

. I have played from my real money not with an bonus . Everytime when I have won big they have created an issue for withdrawal on 24/07/2022 I won 840000 INR . There was no withdrawal option so I qsked for the withdrawal method for 2 days the withdrawal method an it was not as I lost the amount the withdrawal method was provided after 20 min . Then again on 29/07/2022 I won 980000 INR same think happen to me after losing the withdrawal method was provided then on 12/09/2022 I won 855000 INR even that time same thing was done. An I lost the money . Now from 20/11/2022 till 23/11/2022 I won 580000 this 13 withdrawal was rejected due to technical error an 3 were due to wrong account number which was an wrong reason because I checked 4 to 5 times an then entered all the details.

I have gone through all the additional verification an my account is total verified. An I have also have some successful withdrawal. When I win small the account goes in the proper way . But as I win huge the amount gets stuck . I have verified my KYC an my account doesn't need any verification as I am an VIP player on the website due to my deposit of more than 98 lakh (9800000) I have an humble request to you either please provide me my all deposited amount from the website or my winning amount.

No I have no active bonus an I have not played through the bonus the amount of my winning was from my real money (main account balance).

I wanted to know in how many days the case is going to be resolved . An whether the case is going to be resolved as I have provided all the necessary evidence to you . Please inform me soon so if the case is not going to solve by I cam take legal action against the website under section 420 penal code. For the amount they have scammed me an will register a fraud case. Please don't take my words wrong as I am frustrated an angry from the agents of the website .

Could you please advise when exactly you made your last successful withdrawal? Was it in July?

Answer for 1st question.


No I don't have these funds in my account. An yes I have lose these funds . I have withdrawal 13 times and back to back each an every withdrawal was rejected. I was shocked that how is it possible to get 13 withdrawal rejected in 3 days back to back . Not even a single withdrawal was credited but after losing the amount the withdrawal was credited of 40000.

My last withdrawal was on 24/10/2022 after I lost all the money an on 27/10/2022.


An it's my humble request to you clear these problem in 2 days . An I need favour for all my winning which I have lost due to them or all my deposit back . As I have shared you with each an every necessary evidence.

Always they says technical error an I won't be able to withdrawal my money when I big win so I need 500,000 bonus for slots or 500,000 in my 9winz account so I can recover the losses that happened due to them . So please it's my humble request to tell them to provide me the bonus or amount soon an resolve my problem.
