The player from India has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have multiple withdrawal request on 03/01/2023 at 01:00 am, its been more than 48 hours which doesn't include any public holidays or Saturday or Sunday. When I take to customer support, each time they coming with a story. No one is interested is resolving the issue.
Below were the few reasons they are saying
1) wait for 48 hours
2) Be patience
3) You issue is our priority
4) system is under maintenance
By hearing all these I have asked is that happening only for me or with everyone in one of the transcript you see the answer is 'Yes'.
From last two days there no withdrawals happening, then why these people are accepting deposits?
For deposits banking system is working fine but for withdrawals it doesn't what a logic?
