The player from Alberta had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout hadn't been received yet. She had contacted the casino and was informed that they were working to resolve the situation. Later, she confirmed that the casino had transferred the funds in Euros to her Paydo account. The Complaints Team had marked the complaint as 'resolved' following the successful resolution of the player's issue.

I submitted a request to withdraw $1000 on April 23rd. 888starz approved it on the 24th and the money was removed for processing. It has been "processing" for two weeks now. I’ve contacted them several times now to question the delay, and am just repeatedly being told to be patient. I made my deposit through Paydo and the casino is making me withdraw using the same method. I’m not getting clear answers, but from what I understand, the problem is on Paydo’s end?! I have also made deposits through etransfer, so I don’t understand why they refuse to just send me an etransfer since this is a problem on their end. I basically was told no, and payment systems aren’t regulated, so this can take an indefinite amount of time. I want my money.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No I haven’t. I sent the casino an email yesterday to ask if there was anything required of me, and they told me they are trying to resolve the situation.
