Dear casino guru team, I need to fill complaint about 888starz due to blocking me from pay-out. I sent them all requested photos. ID / Another angle of ID / Holding ID with my face + next to email conversation. It looks like they just simply do not want to pay me and finding any excuse and another photo request to make it impossible and/or extremely delayed.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Dear Casino Guru team I would like to update that payment is still not received and it looks to me as abusive KYC process. I was requested to date:


Photo of ID.

Photo of ID with my face + ID & mail from them on desktop computer.

Photo of my driving license.

Photo of utility bill.

Photo of me holding a piece of paper with a code written on it.


They can already figure out who is operating the account but for some reason, they would just continue to request more and more documents (sole reason for it is to delay the payment). I sent everything but they will just request more - I am sure.
