Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if you have contacted your payment provider? They need to be part of the investigation. Have you deposited funds into your account successfully in the past? Could you please clarify how much was the deposited amount? Do I understand correctly it’s two deposits (1,686 TRX and 24 EOS)?

Upon checking the txt ID all payments have been successful. Security from 888starz initially said i can withdraw but upon checking my account there has been no deposits credited. After that they closed the account and have ignored the emails.

Yes, the xem was credited quickly. That is why I gave them the trust. They also said to wait for 24 hours because sometimes coins do not get credited on time. However, I have proven that they blocked the account after sending the two coins.
