The player from the US is not able to withdraw his winnings. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have won over $900. No response at all from any support team. Won’t allow withdrawal. And just ghosted. I’ve tried playing balance down some thinking maybe they’d answer. But nope.
