The player from Ontario had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hadn't been received. The player claimed that the casino confiscated his winnings of around $9,400 and closed his account without any explanation. He had provided all the necessary documents for KYC verification, which the casino allegedly rejected due to a discrepancy in the currency conversion. The casino had stated that they closed the player's account based on their terms and conditions, which allowed them to close any account without providing a reason. The casino also claimed that there were no funds in the player's account at the time of closure. After a thorough investigation, the Complaints Team concluded that the casino had acted within its rights and closed the complaint as unjustified. The disputed funds were lost by playing.

i won $1500 and then went to withdrawl but they said i need to do KYC verification which i sent them everything they asked MULTIPLE times


they said they need my bank statement that has my debit card on it but i went into the branch and requested that and i also called my online bank about 15 times and they said its impossible to get something like that


i took photos of my bank card and gave them bank statements showing i deposited money onto their online casino


seems like they are giving me the run around every way possible that way i dont get the $7,000 i won from them


if theres someone i can call or legal action i would love to move forward considering thats alot of money for me


please any information or help would be appreciated


ive went back and forth about 65+ emails with them and they keep repeating the same message which is getting annoying and its impossible to talk to someone who works there at 7bitcasino

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

that's not what happened.....


i deposted 75 canadian onto there site and then they made me go get confirmation receipts from my bank but the currency conversion said like 82.71 because of the currency exchange so thats their reason for not verifiying me with the KYC multiple times


also they confiscated the money out of my account and i havent heard much from them even after i tried working it out


i don't know why they are so highly rated on here when you can go to google and type in 7bitcasino and you can see how many people on different forums and reddit have been scammed by them


when i was done betting i had $9,400 in my account but the last screenshot i took was around $7,400


please help me get this resolved


i have as much proof as needed and about 200 emails going back and forth with their customer support team

Thank you for your reply, kasperknight. Do I understand correctly that verifying your bank statement seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and successful verification? Have you provided any other documents to verify your identity? Have they all been approved?

i gave them photos of my bank card, photos of my ID, selfie with ID, i gave them bank statements and confirmation statement of the deposit i put onto their website


also i can't even sign into their website anymore its like they locked me out of my account or something it doesn't even give me the option to login/signup


not sure whats going to happen but i hope we can figure something out


i have lots of evidence so does the internet if you search '7bitcasino real or fake'


did everything they asked and it still wasnt good enough and now my account is all jacked

file heres the proof that i cant login/signup anymore and i checked on firefox, google chrome and microsoft edge and having the same issues


has nothing to do with my computer i have a feeling they seized the money or my account

they haven't been any kind of assitance this whole entire time so what makes you think they are going to help me get my account/funds?

this is getting ridicolous considering 3/4 of the internet has vouched they are SCAMMERS


why don't any of these other casinos have terrible views, it's because they are legit unlike 7bitcasino

so they deleted my account with my balance on it or they confiscated the money than they deleted my account


but i never asked them to do anything to my account so why did they?

I am sorry for the delay. As for your question - the casino has the right to close any account at any time, without giving a reason, but they have to pay out the remaining balance if there is any and if no rules were breached. However, if there are no funds in the account, yes, they can close the account at any time - since there is nothing to pay out, in such a case, the casino has no more obligations to a player.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information and data provided by the casino, we are closing this complaint as unjustified - there were no winnings in your account at the time your account was closed. After you cancelled your withdrawal, all the funds were lost by playing, mostly in Plinko. High bets of $100 were lucky and they really won significant winnings, but on the other side, the bets of the same amount caused a significant loss later.

The casino acted in accordance with its terms and conditions, and we accept their decision to close your casino account. There is nothing to pay out and nothing to solve. I cannot believe that the disputed amount represents winnings that had been lost by playing.

I am sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino. We are here to help.
