The player from the United Kingdom had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout hadn't been received yet. The Complaints Team had explained that withdrawals could take some time to process and advised her to wait at least 14 days before submitting a complaint. They also mentioned they would intervene if her account was verified, her game history checked, her withdrawal approved by the casino, and she still hadn't received her winnings by 14 days. However, due to her lack of response to further communications, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

It's a scam casino. Over and over again I am asked for the same documents which I repeatedly submit. It is then confirmed that I am verified. I then attempt to deposit, after numerous conversations with agents I am told that I am not submitting my iban correctly,when we have exhausted this roundabout I am told oh no it is verification, we need the back of your passport. Then I submit it, then the process begins again I want my deposits back 425 quid. I know I will never see the winnings.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
