my account is fully verified and I have £1,000 available to withdraw, however the withdraw functions have been removed and live chat keep saying to email them. Which I have 10 times!!! I really want my money but loosing hope. Please help

yes there aren’t any withdrawal methods at all now. 2 days ago only crypto appeared as a withdrawal method, which I also tried to withdraw to (I have a crypto wallet)

have also previously withdrew via bank transfer but continuously rejected, the bank transfer withdrawal has now been removed.


No I have not managed a successful withdrawal, I have tried to withdraw around 20 times to bank / crypto but like I said all withdrawal methods have been taken off so the money remains in my wallet.


my winnings have been won without using a bonus


again today I have got through to live chat who asked for my username and did not respond to any further communication: nor have they replied to any of my 10 emails
