I HAVE A POLICE REPORT FOR MY STOLEN LAPTOP AND SOMEBODY ACCESED MY 5 GRONGOS ACCOUTN AND ASKED FOR IT TO BE CLOSED WHEN I GOT MY LAPTOP BACK AND TRIED TO LOG IN IT WOULDNT ALLOW ME IT SAYS IT WAS CLOSED WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY REFUSED TO RE OPEN MY ACCOUNT I HAVE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY AT THIS CASINO THAT I WAS ONE VIP FROM BEING PLATNIUM I AM NOT HAPPY

Even if the account was blocked, if you had any active balance, it should be returned to you.

I’ve verified one piece of my account, but I’ve emailed them numerous times with all my other information that they had to upload because the uploading system wasn’t working on their site so I’ve emailed them numerous numerous numerous times and I’ve had an account with them for a good 12 months, but in that 12 months I have put over large amount of money through there like I said I was one VIP away from being platinum. Well, all I got to know, is that when one casino close to one of my accounts down they returned all my money that I had put in the casino, and that was play Crocco casino. They returned all the money that I put in when they close my countdown, so I think five gringos to do the same.
