They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Could you please describe the circumstances a little bit more detailed? When exactly did you deposit? What method did you use? Did you forward the payment receipt to the casino as a proof? Did you also get in touch with your payment provider in order to locate the missing funds?

Based on our experience it might take even up to a month for the casino to credit a lost deposit. If you did deposit only a week ago, I would definitely recommend to wait at least 1 more week for them to add the balance. Please let us know in case of any change.
They did credited my account with 2000 but suddenly disappeared without using it.

in all honestly, this looks like an extremely spurious and dishonest complaint.
firstly, because we see this player has deposited 7,800 rs in total and lost in casino exactly 7,800s rs in total.
if money was disappearing from players balance due to some technical glitch - which is possible of course, technical glitches do happen - then it wouldn't not also be showing up in exactly the same amount in his profit/ loss
secondly, because this player has registered with us approximately 50 duplicate accounts.
maybe this player would like to comment why this is the case?
this huge number of duplicate accounts is not connected with his issue in this complaint, but it does signal his dishonesty im afraid

there are about 13 pages of game logs, which go on till 6 oct, well past the 3rd
we feel sorry for this player, he probably had an auto play setting within the game on which he wasn't aware about.
we are just not accepting the players line of argument, because we see that it is false
we will credit his account 2000rs now, it is not worth our time or your time to take this any further
