They have restricted my account and almost 2 days had completed for withdrawal request but they haven't approved and no money is credited to my account complaint I'd no. 987212.

They restricted my account without any warning and explanation . They restricted my account in the way that I can't make any bet.

I requested for withdrawal of my money on 20/11/2024 in the morning 7:11 am of Indian time .

I use to play aviator

And I accumulated that amount by winning from my deposit money and they haven't provided any kind of bonus.

Yes, I had withdrawn many time before.

And yes I do completed my verification.

Yes mam please invite them because I am tired of contacting them but I am failed and there is no one operators ever online in live chat bot to solve our queries. Please help me out I have been fraudulent by them. This 24betting website is in under unexperienced person.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
