I make a withdraw of 16851 in 9 September 2023 and today is 13 September 2023 still I didn't receive my withdrawal amount in my casino account there is showing accepted.and also I contact customer service they didn't reply I contact daily from 4 days they didn't reply any word kindly help me

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

No sir I played with real money and I won 16851 then I make withdraw instant after 30 min my withdrawal was showing. Accepted then I go to check my balance but I didn't receive them I contact customer support they said that his payment department is on maintenance kindly tell me sir how could any casino has maintenance more than one week still I didn't get reply or money kindly help me sir

this player submitted his withdrawal request and it was processed


there may have been bank processing delays on our side, or his banks side.


either way this is common in India and there is nothing we can do about that.


moreover he recieved.
