I am playing 24betting from past 2years and lost so much money but lost five months I won upto 30lakhs and they give 10lakhs withdraw amount after that they have my account closed permanently for sure I am using only single account pls take the action against them and make me withdraw my money.

but there is still a block on this customers account to make any bets, which will remain in place, and is the decision of our management team.
management team does not agree with your email matej, but sums are also too small to spend anymore time on this subject or long it out further.
we always say to customers, if we have made a mistake, then we will fix it.
we will not process the customers first withdrawal until the customer first confirms here in this thread that his account is now restored and accessible and he can submit withdrawal requests.
