The player from India is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his funds. Each requested withdrawal gets cancelled without further explanation. Casino didn't respond.
My total amount in my 24betting account was around 700000 , so I thought of withdraw an amount of 400000 , the transaction is getting canceled automatically after some time ...I don't know why ...can you please help me in sorting out this. I have lost 4-5 lakhs before in this 24betting and now when I won I could not withdraw this money and more over this is not my first withdrawal, I have done some before.

Unfortunatelly, in this case, we gave the casino enough time, but we haven't received proof of what we requested.
Summary:
The casino provided us with proof of another account with some identical and some similar details as Vamsi's account.
However, the player created the accounts at different times, one after another. On both accounts, there was no bonus used.
(Vamsi deny that he had another account)
In this situation - even if both accounts would belong to Vamsi - by creating these two accounts, he didn't gain any advantage, and the casino should pay him.
