Could you please advise if you’ve submitted a ticket with Casino Customer Support and received any reply already? If you haven’t contacted the casino directly, please go to the website (https://24betting.com/casino), then open the live chat, and the live chatbot will immediately give options:

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems 

Click on the relevant button and input the relevant details that the bot asks. It is very fast and efficient. If you’ve already done so and received any kind of reply from the casino, please forward it to tomas@casino.guru and specify the ticket number.

dear all


1) deposit transaction id - 13131929 - 500 inr

  • amount credited successfully to the players account and we can see that he made bets with this amount
  • This is not a valid complaint


2) deposit transaction id -13132080 - 500 inr

  • Transaction not completed successfully on our side, we did not receive the amount, player should be auto refunded 500 rs back to his bank account within 10 days
  • If not, then let is know here and we fix it one way or another

Bank said that 500 inr is successfully credited to merchant account, they are not responsible, so where's my 500inr

I fully understand your frustration, sidhsonu321. As I mentioned earlier, it may take some time for the funds to be located and refunded to your bank account or credited to your casino account. As the matter is not entirely in the hands of the casino, I will set the timer for an additional 20 days to allow the transaction to clear. If there’s no development by then, we will intervene.
