The player from India has tried to pass the verification, however, the casino rejected all documents and close their account. The player would like their deposit to be returned. Although the player provided the casino with incorrect ID documents (wrong format), it was later accepted and the player received his deposit. The complaint is resolved.

I deposited 9,000 rupees in the casino and within 10 minutes ,they requested documents for verification.

I sent aadhar card( document issued by govt of india)

They rejected it saying full date of birth is not visible.

Then I sent them updated online copy of it ,they even rejected it saying real documents photo should be sent.

Then I sent them the physical copy photo to which they replied "expiry date should be there for verification document" .

Till then 24 hours passed on and over 60 documents were sent to them.

They are complete cheaters.

After it they closed down my account saying verification rejected and did not even return my deposits.

How can a casino of Curacao forfiet deposit amounts?

They have right to confiscate the winnings but not the deposits I believe.

I just want my deposit amount back.


I even ask other Indian players not to play in this casino as they say they only accept passport(which only 1% indian players have)

Please I am asking you guys to make the casino return my deposit amount only.

The deposit amount was wagered on sports bets, as when I tried to withdraw they said that it had to be wagered atleast once.

I only wagered it once .

The casino said I did not pass the verification so all the account balance were forfieted.

I am just asking the casino to return my deposits.

9,000 was confiscated and they said that I failed verification so they did it . I provided them the Aadhar card issued by govt of india, which has life long validity . But they said that the document needs to have expiry date, which it doesn't have.

The casino security department has found that the documents uploaded by the player were edited and closed the account. The Player's balance was fully confiscated.

Look, I uploaded aadhar card ( issued by govt of india) then they said that the month of birth should be in the document. Then I went to aadhar center and got it updated. But It takes 1 month to get a physical copy here. So i uploaded both online and old offline copy. Now they said they only need an offline copy. Then I just changed the background of the document ( not any data in it) None of the data in the document was changed or edited. I am sending my documents photo for reference. You can check and if you find any data in the document was changed or edited then you can confiscate the funds and can close this complaint. Even after sending all the documents this casino was asking me some document with expiry date which won't be in PAN or AADHAR so it means only Indians with passport can play on this casino. Please accept my verification or refund just my deposit amount.

Please check that none of the details in the DOCUMENT ( not the background) were edited.

Dear 20Bet Casino Team,

Is it possible for the casino to accept the provided document as an ID document for verification? If not, what document would be acceptable, please? Is there any option for how could the player withdraw the funds or receive a refund of the deposit?

I am not an expert at all, but I have already seen several changed/edited documents. This one does not look like an edited one, apart from the mentioned background. But, yes, I have not seen the original document.

Were also any other changes there? If there was only a background change, would you accept the original document? It is easy to compare the documents and the casino should allow each player to verify.

I am sending original one. As I sent them this original photo first, they didn't accept it. So i just edited the background litte. But not any date or anything ON THE DOCUMENT. I just wanted to get verified so i changed the background of the document. I am sending you 4 images I sent to 20bet. You can check them . I never edited anything on the document.The last one is the ORIGINALone.I even sent them a Xerox copy along with original E aadar. Still they didn't accept it. You can check nothing on the document was edited.

Hello all,


The account suspension was made due to non-genuine documents provided by the player in question.

We received around 5 versions of the same ID card, including ID with the different pictures, black and white versions, partly black and white versions, etc.


The decision was made by the antifraud department and so far we can't see any reason for changing it.

How is it possible to verify the account of an Indian player who owns only one ID document (without expiration) issued by the Indian Government? If the casino accepts the players from India, it should be able to accept the fact it is not mandatory to have 2 ID documents in India. Moreover, if the first provided document was the original one, it does not matter the rest were edited (without changing personal data).

In such a case, what document could be accepted by the casino to verify the player's identity? Would (for example) a birth certificate be an option? What type of document would you like to see and in what format?

Was there any other violation of the casino's terms and conditions?

Hello all,


The customer has provided us with the document in PDF format, which is not accepted from our side.

In order to complete verification of a user account, we require a photo of a valid identification document with the following information visible on it: name, photograph, date of birth, and citizenship.

The initial document that was provided from the customer's side was lacking in the information, especially the date of birth, therefore the document was declined.

Following that the customer has provided us with the electronic version of the ID, which was declined due to the fact that a photo of a document is required to proceed with the verification, following that the edited documents were provided, and based on that the casino's security department has decided to close players account.

However, we have decided to come forward in this case and reimburse the deposits that were made into the casino, since the document with the required information was provided, despite the fact that the format of the document was incorrect.

We kindly ask the customer to contact us in order to discuss the details of a refund.

Well, i contacted 20bet

And I recieved my full refund of deposits.

I firstly like to thank casino guru for helping me out.

I wanted to leave this but after reading some previous cases of them , I got some hope and then posted a review.

Kudos to the team aswell.


Any Indian player who thinks that they are entitled to some money from casinos can file a complaint here.
