On March 2, by mistake, I made 2 deposits of 150 each to the same transfer link and only 1 was credited, I made several reports and the answer is the same as my deposit of 150 was credited and I told them to make 2 one at 8 :02 am and the other. At 8:32 a.m. presenting the receipts, including the transactions endorsed by the Bank of Mexico, each with a different folio, also an account statement where the two deposits were made, and they cannot help me because they indicate that the link deposit was made and the other deposit does not apply because the link only serves for a transfer

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
