The player from Kenya had complained about an issue with 1xBit. After winning a casino game and accumulating a total of 300 USDT, he was unable to withdraw half the winnings because his account had been blocked. His account had been fully verified and he hadn't used any bonuses. He had placed a bet of 158 USDT on roulette and won the game. After we contacted the casino, we did not receive a response from them. As the casino was operating without a valid license and didn't refer to any ADR service, we marked the complaint as 'unresolved' due to the lack of cooperation from the casino's side.

Hello support team I would like to formally launch complain against 1xbit. I deposited 158 usdt in my account and played casino roulette in particular I placed a bet with the whole money on red colour to appear and won 300 usdt .I attempted to withdraw half the money and I was instantly blocked reason best known to them I am really devastated and frustrated by this. Low rated casino they keep stealing people's money ..please help follow this up

  • Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? 
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? 
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? 
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus? 

Please understand, that without verifying your account, you won’t be entitled to any withdrawals.

Thank you so much for taking the opportunity to look into my issue so my account is verified fully I deposited using my binance account and I did not have any active bonuses as normaly i would cancel all my bonuses in my account. So I used my funds 158 usdt to be specific and played roulette and won 300 usdt that's when my ACC got blocked

  • Can you please outline the strategy you employed while playing roulette?
  • Am I correct in understanding that you utilized the entire amount of 158 USDT for a single bet on red only, and immediately thereafter requested a withdrawal?

Yes that's what I exactly did I used the whole 158 usdt and placed my bet and won 300 usdt because I played red colour with 150 usdt and played with 8 usdt on zero which had an odd of ,36 so i lost the 8 usdt and won won the bet on red which inhad placed with 150 usdt and won 300 usdt i requested withdrawal after won and i was blocked

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
