PLEASE HELP ME WITH SCAM FROM 1X!

I registered on 1xbet in 2018.

On August 22 2023 I place bet here again

1-2 bets lose, and after a couple wins

Then request documents, it's ok, standard procedure… BUT,

They asked me for documents at least 5-6 times by email, OK

AFTER They request my documents delivered to Mexico, confirmed by a notary. I did it…

After that, I already waiting for the unlock, BUT they request documents again and again by email.

After that all, they request Skype video call. I thought WOW the final step, but after 3 days after video call they ask me stupid questions again on the site, like " Have you ever changed your gender?"…

I'm facing this for the first time.

They just don't want to give my small winning.

On August 23, I tried to withdraw my winnings, but my account was blocked 

They requested standard documents, send passport photos, etc etc, by email 

They dragged out each request for 72 hours (to the maximum)


There were 5-6 such requests


Then request notarized documents to Mexico (address Gua*****, J***o, Mexico, C.P. (zip) 4**4, Apartado postal 33-01) 

I honestly waited for unblocking after that. 

But after how they got the documents and pulled again 72 hours, again online request. Ok I did it again.

Again after 72 hours, they request skype video call. I already thought that finally!!! After all, there can be no problems when I sent you notarized docs and skype video call, I am silent about the usual 6-7 requests online. 


But NO, they give me online application form again, with stupid questions like «Have u ever change your gender» and «are u married»? 


Okay I've answered all this, although these questions should not concern them in any way to play on the site, BUT AFTER THAT they request print this questionnaire and send IT to mexico. What will the same questionnaire sent offline give?

They just don't want to give my money, which is a small thing for such a huge company.



After the trustpilot review they asked to wait answer (but after they last request they ignore me).

1. I made a deposit a little more than 200 thousand rubles.
