The player from South Korea had deposited 5,000,000 KRW into his 1xbet account but mistakenly transferred 10,000,000 KRW. Only half the amount was credited, and the remaining amount was neither credited nor refunded. Despite providing official bank transaction records, customer support claimed there was insufficient data to resolve the issue. The complaint was rejected because the player did not respond to our messages and questions, preventing further investigation.

I requested a deposit for 500,0000 krw on 1xbet.


But I accidentally transferred 1000,0000 krw, which is twice that amount, by mistake.


My account got credited with 500,0000 krw but I didn't get the other half as credit nor got it refunded to my account.


I contacted customer support and provided the OFFICIAL BANK TRANSACTION RECORD pdf from the bank, but they keep saying there's 'not enough data' to validate my issue.


They're plain robbing me.


Please help. This is a crime. I'm desperate.


I'm attaching the responses from the customer support and the proof of my transaction, which is the OFFICIAL BANK RECORD from the bank website.

Could you please advise if you deposited 1000,0000 krw at once, or if you made two separate deposits of 500,0000 krw?

Have you contacted your payment provider regarding the lost deposit?
