The player from Ontario, Canada had reported that his casino account had been blocked after a friend had misused his phone. He had been expecting a transfer of 5000 CAD and had sent an email to the casino five days prior without receiving a response. The player then created and closed another account. He had confirmed receiving the expected amount and was unsure of the remaining balance in his blocked account. We had clarified that casinos could block accounts for any reason as long as they didn't withhold players' funds. As the player's funds were not withheld, we did not assist further.

my friend used my phone without my premession and caaled them on the app said I lost all my funds an i will kill myself, that wasnot true at all I was having arounf 5000 Cad wating from them to transfer so I was in good mood,Actually I didnt discover till somone call me on the phone I didnt hear him well i was driving i didnt even relizze who from 1xbet tem ,He was reud and didnt give me chance to explain the situation for him, the i found my account was blocked , I srnt to them on the block team email 5 days ago and they didnt replay to me till now .


I waited for them to replay but no answer. I created a new account till they replay ,then closed it for and till now they don't respond for why they blocked my main account.



Please sir help me to unblock my main account if you can..

First I would advise against creating another account at the casino and depositing money since this is against casino rules and might cause you issues in the future.

I received the amount,What I mean by that I didn’t lose all my funds As My friend mentioned and I was winning .



my Issue is why they blocked my account and they don’t respond to the emails.


please note the account was having some funds but I don’t remember how much,but anyway there was no reason to block my account

We believe casinos can block players' accounts for any reason as long they don't withhold players' funds.

We don't assist players whose accounts were closed, but casinos don't withhold any funds.
