We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' after confirmation from the player about the successful resolution of his issue.

Hi, It's has been over 5 days since I placed the 50000 INR deposit on my 1xbet account. I have shared everything with the 1xbet team, but they keep claiming the payment is being processed. It has been over 5 days since I contacted them, and they are giving me vague explanations every time I contact them. I hope Casino Guru can help me resolve this problem

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Yes, the funds were transferred since it was a UPI transaction that was completed in seconds. I had been using 1xbet for a while now and never had any issues, but when I contacted their customer service, they said their payment provider's having some issues and my funds were processing, but it's been 6 days and my funds still not cleared.

I have provided a receipt of my transaction to their support, and they confirmed it. My concern is how long it takes for my funds to clear. I would like casino guru to reach out to 1xbet team and give me an approximation of when it will be cleared.
