Good day. Actually, I am a patient person. However, I always get other statements from the support about why my money is not paid out. On their homepage, the payout is also spoken of 2-3 working days, but it is now 11 days.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.
