I played with a 5x max deposit bonus and easily cleared that. I deposited $31 so was able to max the bonus out at $155. They have already taken the leftover funds. I have sent all KYC information on April 1st and all attempts to email the casino are nor answered. I can reach chat but they have zero access to the banking dept and they are zero help. I emailed pitboss@yabbycasino as well and no response. There is no way possible it takes 1 month to verify. This is ridiculous and nobody will help or even reply to emails. A joke.

By email never because they haven't replied. EVER. I ask in the chat everyday and they say the same thing. We don't have access to anything banking and to please be patient. No my patience ran out a LOOOONNGGG time ago. I know you have them with a great rep but I am not seeing that at all. Zero communication from them whatsoever. Ridiculous.
And this was a deposit bonus so there is no chance of back to back freebies etc. This is legit. The only thing they told me in chat was I had enough to cash out for the max and then they took the bonus funds obviously.
