This will be my last time playing here. You guys rob people. I've spent good money in this casino with the short amount of time I've had my account. I never do your ridiculous bonus but I did this time for the 333% and I hate that I did. I deposited $50 just so I wouldn't have to wager a ridiculous amount before I can cash out and that still didn't happen. I get 250 but have to wager 8000. Wow! I play for hours trying to keep it steady, get past the 8 grand and try to withdraw 900. Now you tell me that my account is deactivated and under review because of some bogus reason.!!! I just want the money that I've earned and we can be done!

Hello Brittany,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Yabby Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Was your account ever verified in the past or have you processed a withdrawal before? Did the casino specify which bonus term did you breach? Are they still responding to you and if yes, when was the last time you hear from them.

Please note that it always come with additional terms if you play with bonus money. The most common term the players forget about is betting over a maximum limit or playing a restricted game but for now we can't be sure what really happen until the casino clarify it.

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

I just received an email back from them stating that I bet 12.50 and I could not go over 10. I lost all the money that I won, even though I did not win all my money playing at this amount. I was given back my 62.14, which I could not withdraw without playing it at least once, even though I played it already to reach 8000. At the end of the day, I lost over $10000 with nothing to withdraw. I don't ever want to play here again.

Hello Brittany,

Are you able to access your betting history or request it from the casino? Did you make multiple bets over the maximum limit or was it a one time thing?

I haven't requested any past bet activity. I told them to close my account all together so they deactivated it. I haven't been on since. It was hard for me to get the amount that I did, just to have them take it away. They should not allow betting past a certain amount if that's the rules like they do with the progressive games.

Hello Brittany,

We would like to see the casinos to block bets over the allowed amounts but unfortunately this is not an industry standard yet. As you blocked your account we will be forced to close the complaint as well as it is no longer relevant. If you wish to reopen it please contact me on nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Regards,

Nick
