I made a withdraw after playing free spins and meeting the wager requirements. To where it approved me I was able to withdraw $50.00 I kept playing with my winning and hit over $450 I can't remember exact amount but I withdrew $450 it sent me a notice I only was able to withdraw $400 the $50 was credited back to account so I did withdraw it showing approved on their end but I never received to my cash app account nor is it showing up as a declined transaction on my cash app.

Have you checked the Bonus Terms of this particular bonus to see if the bonus amount of $50 is not "sticky"? This would mean that the bonus amount gets deducted when the player requests a withdrawal of their winnings.

Have you communicated with customer support regarding the $50?

Do I understand correctly that you received the amount of $400 in your bank account?

No I tried to withdraw $450.00 but they only approved $400 to be withdrawn and I used my cash app account to be on receiving end. The transaction was approved from Yabby but it was never received or no transaction record on cash app end.

After you submitted your withdrawal request, the money was not sent to your bank account but returned to your casino gaming account. According to customer support, you used this money for playing and lost it all.

No I did not play $400.00 I tried to withdraw $450.00 they only approved $400.00. They credited back $50.00 I played that back. I didn't get the other $400.00 credited it back nor was it sent to where it was approved to go which was my cash app account. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THE $400.00 to my cash app account or to the yabby account. I asked them to look at the records and the transaction history. I wouldn't be even asking if I didn't win. I'm sure they would prove that but they obviously admit I won but don't want to provide the transaction on it.

It was on the 5 Wishes game I started out with free spins I got credited up over $100 and I kept playing and I met the requirements after winning credits which they send you a notice of eligibility to withdraw if you wish to which is the $50.00 minimum amount. I opted to keep playing and the game hit multiple lines with wins of over $457.00 is when I stopped playing and opted to cash out $450.00 at which time I was declined and only approved $400.00 the $50.00 was credited back to my yabby account and the $400 00 was approved to withdraw. Thinking the transaction took place I did, yes I did play back the $57.00. That was all that was credited back the $400.00 did not show back up but was showing up on transaction history as approved withdraw and didn't not say declined nor credited back to yabby account. It not showing up there or my cash app account because it never hit cash app account.

I wouldn't be asking if I didn't win but there has to be papertrail and a credit history on that game with my username and email being you have to register on the site. If there is something I did wrong or did not win then they need to justify I did not win on that game and tell me what I did wrong to not receive what I am claiming. If it's not a real winning cash game then just say it is all they have to do and I will let it go, lesson learned. Yet, They claim they are one of the BEST secure and most convenient and fastest deposit and withdrawal methods in the industry. A place where Instant means Instant??!! I'm sorry to inform them, but they are far from it.

Do I understand correctly that after you wagered the free spins, you won over $100? Were your winnings capped immediately after finishing the wagering requirements, or did you continue playing with the full uncapped amount won from the free spins until you reached $457?

I don't know how to explain it, other than I was eligible to withdraw after playing and winning. The game informed I was eligible to withdraw $50 and I opted not to, I kept playing the $50 dollars and while playing I won over $457 at which time I played it down to $457 I then opted to withdraw $450 the cashier then said I was only eligible to withdraw max of $400 and they credited back $50 out of the $450 I requested to withdraw and it was approved for $400 and the $50 that was credited back to my account on yabby casino I then played that back. I did not play back the $400 I was approved to withdraw. It was not credited back nor received to my cash app account. Which I went through the verification process for my cash app account and it was approved to send my winnings to.

Repercussions are being practiced and displayed as a prime example of what will happen when one reports wrong doings and a form of illegal activity.


My transaction history has been erased, I no longer receive bonuses or free spins and promotions. They are not paying what I won, who else has this occurring is the question I am certain I am not the only one.


They have claimed to be one of the finest when it comes to paying their winners....I am a winner and it's been almost a month and still not paid. That is false advertisement and luring customers in on false pretenses.
